Terms of Service

NuovaCRM is a software service offered so that organisations can manage their sales and communication processes. Access to the service is provided through a workspace opened in the name of the organisation.

Each user is responsible for their own account. The confidentiality of the password and the actions carried out under the account belong to the user. Enabling two-step verification is recommended.

The organisation administrator may add users in their own workspace, change their permissions and remove them.

The service may not be used to send unsolicited bulk messages, to spread misleading content, or to carry out marketing without the recipient's consent. The messaging channels' own rules (WhatsApp, Meta, e-mail) apply in addition, and breaching them may cost the account its access to that channel.

The system applies rules that prevent contacting people at excessive frequency; use directed at exceeding these rules is not accepted.

The data you enter into your workspace belongs to you. Providing the legal basis required to process this data — including consent — is your responsibility.

When you close your account, you may request an export of your data.

The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Outages of the connected third-party services (Google, Meta, WhatsApp) are not under our control.

Pricing terms are set out in the agreement made with the organisation. The parties may terminate the service by giving 30 days prior notice.

The service is provided «as is». Liability for indirect damages is limited to the extent permitted by the applicable legislation.

Governing law and the competent jurisdiction: Turkish law applies; the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over any dispute
